Izumo Factory plays the role of the central factory of KNC Laboratories for a large scale production. It first established a production system for pharmaceutical products and can respond to our clients' demands producing pharmaceutical bulk from pre-clinical to commercial quantities to commercial quantity under GMP. Our specialties such as ultra-low temperature reactions are also realized at Izumo Factory, which is to be reinforced when necessary. It is always our delight to collaborate with our clients.

At Ichikawa Laboratory, synthetic research, preparation of small scale samples and pilot scale production of pharmaceutical materials and functional organic materials (electric materials) are mainly conducted. The pilot production facilities work as scaled-up and medium scale production facilities. Iwaoka Factory is a plant equipped with facilities for medium-sized production. The plant size is compared to a scaled-up research-scale production plant and offers most suitable equipment for obtaining various data by conducting clients' pilot scale productions.

KNC Bio Research Center is the center of developing new biotechnological technologies. KNC Bio Research Center aims to develop a new area, i.e. immune system related pharmaceuticals, genome-based drug discovery and so on, in addition to the existing core areas of peptides, oligonucleotides (DNA, RNA), cell-culture and fermentation, extraction and purification, and synthesis of bio-related chemicals.
