Combinatorial syntheses
We supply on contract agreement basis a wide range of chemcals by combinatorial syntheses using various state-of-the-art analytical and purification equipment with the synthetic technology cultivated for years. We can surely support our clients' research & development by timely offering libraries of chemicals. We also prepare building blocks for combinatorial synthesis and prepare candidate compounds which are screened by HTP.
Process development ( How to make )
Objective compounds are approched in various ways. It is important to select an optimal synthetic route from many conceivable synthetic routes. In the selected route, appropriate starting materials should be used and appropriate reaction equipment be used. We, as expert chemists, optimize the processes considering yields, qualities, economy and so on with a multi-facet assessment. We also pay great attention to risk assessment of the processes using DSC, TG-DTA etc. and we develop production processes considering these data.
Highly bio-active compounds
We respond to our clients' requests for the preparation of highly bio-active compounds such as various steroids and others at a specified preparation site or in a clean room of chemical hazard level 3. We offer various A-ring synthons important for VD3 synthesis. The synthons are prepared using our originally developed technology and provided at a reasonable price.
Carbohydrate
Oligosaccharides, complex saccharides and nucleic acids are current issues in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields. We offer technical support for the syntheses of oligosaccharides, complex saccharides and nucleic acids. And we also offer technical support for the syntheses of optically active compounds using saccharide as chiral building blocks and synthesis of lepidimoide from Okra muco-polysaccharide.
