DNA/RNA syntheses
We started production of DNA/RNA to support translational research, which was first based on research accomplishments conducted at universities and venture businesses and which will finally be transferred to clinical trials. We prepare various amounts (100mg-1g) of DNA, S-oligo, RNA and siRNA.
Preparation of peptides and proteins through genetically engineered cell culture
We prepare a large amount of peptides and proteins under contract agreement by cell culture of microbes. We are also constructing a pilot production system for the production of pharmaceutical peptides and anti-body drugs under GMP, foreseeing a smooth and efficient transfer, in future, from research scale production to mass production.
Peptide Syntheses
By liquid phase peptide synthesis, we respond to our clients' requests in any amounts. By solid phase peptide synthesis, we respond to our clients' requests with appropriate apparatus for the preparation of various amounts using a small amount to a large amount (about 100g) of resins. As for purification, high quality peptides, irrespective of amounts, are prepared using preparative HPLC with advanced high techniques. We comply with clients' various requests, such as introduction of unnatural amino acids, modification of various functional groups (biotination, succinilation, derivatization with FITC and so on), syntheses of intermediate amino acid derivatives, building blocks and protected peptides.
