Ultra low temperature reactions

Fine chemical reactions sometimes need ultra low temperatures and precise control of temperature. We have SUS and GL vessels from 150L to 1200L in which low temperature reactions (to -80℃) can be conducted and we respond to our clients' various needs.

Ozone oxidation

New equipment was installed in which kg scale ozone oxidation, organometallic reactions, and so on are conducted. The equipment is a 150L teflon lined vessel in which the reactions can be conducted at temperatures between -100℃ to +120℃ and the equipment accommodates a monitor for thermal activity, a monitor for dropping amount, a monitor for gas current and also accommodates a auto controller of dropping amount. The equipment also accommodates ozone generator.

Extraction, separation and purification

Extraction, separation and purification are conducted by the combination of various techniques and apparatus (large scale medium pressure chromatography, preparative HPLC, countercurrent chromatography, distillation, centrifugal molecular distillation, membrane separation, re-crystallization, sublimation and so on). Extraction, separation and purification are conducted on contract agreement basis covering large areas. The areas are as follows; removal of a trace amount of impurities from chemically synthesized materials, extraction of active ingredients from pharmaceutical or agrochemical materials, or natural products, or natural medicines, and extraction, separation and purification of secondary metabolites from blood or urine. Scale range is from mgs to kgs.
